In this book, Scott shares his personal journey, starting with a diagnosis of childhood epilepsy at age nine, when he was told he would never live a normal life. That moment became a turning point.
Instead of accepting that outcome, he began searching for answers. Through his father’s example and years of studying nutrition and health principles, he discovered a different path, one built on food, movement, sleep, and mindset.
By age fifteen, he was declared free of epilepsy.
That experience shaped everything that followed. Scott went on to study Chemistry, Kinesiology, Iridology, Nutrition, and Oriental Medicine, building a foundation that combines both science and traditional health principles.
In The 12 Pillars of Vibrant Health, he shares the lessons passed down from his father and grandfather, along with what he’s learned from over 28 years in clinical practice, helping thousands of patients work through complex and challenging health issues.
